入 札 公 告　次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。　令和2年4月16日　支出負担行為担当官　内閣府経済社会総合研究所次長 籠宮 信雄　１．契約担当官等の官職及び氏名　支出負担行為担当官　内閣府経済社会総合研究所次長 籠宮 信雄　◎調達機関番号 007 ◎所在地番号13　２．競争入札に付する事項　(1) 品目分類番号 71,27　(2) 調達件名及び数量 SNA統合データベース並びにデータ連携基盤における四半期別GDP速報機能の拡張に向けた設計更新・改修・テスト・移行等業務 一式　(3) 調達案の仕様等 入札説明書及び仕様書による。　(4) 履行期間 令和2年6月26日から令和3年3月31日まで　(5) 納入場所 内閣府経済社会総合研究所　(6) 入札方法 総価で行う。落札者の決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10％に相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。　(7) 電子入札システムの利用 本案件は、電子調達システム（政府電子調達（ＧＥＰＳ））対象調達案件である。なお、電子入札によりがたい者は、入札説明書に定める様式により、紙入札方式とすることができる。　３．競争に参加する者に必要な資格　(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者については、この限りではない。　(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。　(3) 令和 01・02・03 年度（平成 31・32・33 年度）内閣府所管競争参加資格審査（全省庁統一資格）において「役務の提供等」の「Ａ」、「Ｂ」又は「Ｃ」の等級に格付けされ、「情報処理」又は「ソフトウェア開発」の営業品目がある者であること。　(4) 内閣府本府における物品等の契約に係る指名停止等措置要領に基づく指名停止を受けている期間中の者でないこと。　(5) 上記の他、入札説明書による入札参加資格の条件を満たしている者であること。　４．入札説明書交付の期間及び場所　令和2年4月16日（木）から令和2年6月12日（金）まで　〒100−8914 東京都千代田区永田町1−6−1 中央合同庁舎第8号館13階　内閣府経済社会総合研究所総務部会計課会計係 電話03−6257−1601(直通)　５．実績証明書の期限及び場所　(1) 日 時 令和2年6月12日（金）正午　(2) 場 所 内閣府経済社会総合研究所国民経済計算部企画調査課　（中央合同庁舎8号館13階1323号室）　６．入札及び開札の日時及び場所　(1) 日 時 令和2年6月24日（水）午前11時00分　(2) 場 所 内閣府庁舎1階 第1入札室　７．入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨　日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。　８．入札保証金及び契約保証金　免除する。　９．入札の無効　本公告に示した入札参加に必要な資格のない者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反した者の入札は無効とする。　10．落札者の決定方法　予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。　11．契約書作成の要否　契約締結にあたっては、契約書を作成するものとする。　12．その他　詳細は入札説明書による。　13.
