○第３号１ 調達内容(1) 品目分類番号 24(2) 導入計画物品及び数量ハイパーカミオカンデ実験機器 通信電力ケーブル・プラグアセンブリ 一式(3) 調達方法 購入等(4) 導入予定時期令和７年度６月以降(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件Ａ 超純水または硫酸ガドリニウム水溶液の最大水深 70mの環境下において 10 年以上の安定的かつ安全な使用が可能であること。Ｂ 水中に設置される電子回路格納防水容器の表面に設置された水中コネクタと接続され，一方で 60mから 140m程度の異なるケーブル長で水上に設置された機器と接続され，水中コネクタ部は防水機能を有すること。Ｃ 1アセンブリ当たり1本の複合ケーブルを擁すること。Ｄ 複合ケーブルは2本の2.0平方mmの電線，および12本の光ファイバーケーブルを擁し，水中コネクタにおいては2mm径，2個の電力用ピンと12芯MTPフェルールで接続されるものとする。Ｅ 超純水または硫酸ガドリニウム水溶液の透過度や低放射性を損なわないこと。２ 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記１(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。(1) 資料等の提供期限 令和６年７月４日17時00分(郵送の場合は必着のこと。)(2) 提供先 〒277-8581 千葉県柏市柏の葉５-１-５ 東京大学柏地区共通事務センター契約チーム 和栗 正幸 電話 04-7136-3580３ 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。(1) 交付期間 令和６年６月３日から令和６年７月４日まで。(2) 交付場所 上記２(2)に同じ。４ その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。５ Summary(1) Classification of the products to be procured : 24(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Hyper-Kamiokande ExperimentCommunication and Power-line cable and Feedthrough Assembly 1 Set(3) Type of the procurement : purchase(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :Ａ An assembly should be stably and safely operated more than 10 years in at most 70mdepth of ultra-pure water or gadolinium sulfate dissolved pure water. Ｂ An assembly should be connected to an underwater connector on an electronicscontaining waterproof vessel，which will be submerged in the water, then the other endwill be connected to backend electronics out of water by 60m to 140m long cable. Theassembly should be waterproof in the water. Ｃ An assembly should consist one composite cable. Ｄ A composite cable should consist two 2.0mm^2 compatible copper cables and twelvefiber optics cables, then it will be connected in the underwater onnector by2mmφpower supply pins and a 12-core MTP ferule.
